In order to provide a major boost to the jobs for youths in private sector, Haryana govt. will start Youth Job Incentive Scheme 2019. Under this scheme, each industry which provides jobs to local unemployed youth will get incentives from state government. The assistance amount would be Rs. 3,000 per employed youth for the next 3 years.
Just like govt. is focusing on raising the number of jobs in government (public) sector, Haryana Youth Job Incentive Scheme will focus on private sector. A large of employment opportunities would be created in industries or companies located in Haryana for local youth.
This scheme will encourage local companies to provide more and more jobs to unemployed candidates belonging to Haryana.
Haryana Youth Job Incentive Scheme 2019
The state govt. of Haryana wants that all big and medium industries (block A & B) would provide job opportunities to local youths. These companies will be given incentive of Rs. 3,000 for next 3 years on employment of local candidates. This scheme would encourage companies to firstly consider and explore the educational qualification and talent of local candidates.
Similar type of scheme is already running in other states like Madhya Pradesh. However there would be no governmental pressure on any company to recruit local youths, this scheme is just for encouragement. The state govt. of Haryana is preparing a separate scheme for this purpose and will implement it soon.
In Haryana, there are around 1.2 lakh small and micro enterprises, while the number of big and medium companies is 2415. The total export revenue of these companies is Rs. 89006.17 crore. The new scheme will primarily focus on all big and medium companies.
